my food philosophy

Blogs are lovely records of passing thoughts, and I’ve used them maybe abusively since I began in 2005, but even with new tools like labels or categories, I still find it overwhelming to go through such a random set of data in a typical blog format.

Last month, I started playing with my own website, montalut.ph, as an online vision board for things dear to me, and thought of putting in “deposit pages” for my favorite themes, which would serve as focal points for my love affairs with food, the Philippines, God, travel, history, and family.

Just added my first “deposit page” today: my food philosophy. I would be glad for any help on the dream menu project! :)
